Grounding, breath, and reflection practices — two to six minutes each. Star the ones that help; they are saved on this device and nowhere else.

How your data is handled here
- Your stars never leave this device. They are written to your browser's own database (IndexedDB) — not to a server, because there isn't one.
- Nothing is tracked. No analytics script, no cookies, no account, no fingerprinting. Nobody, including us, can see which practices you opened.
- It is per-browser. Favourites on your phone don't appear on your laptop. That's the honest cost of the promise above — and why the export button exists.
- Clearing your browser data clears them. Export first if they matter to you.

These tools sit alongside support — not instead of it
Grounding practices can steady a hard moment. They aren't treatment, and they aren't a substitute for a person. If things feel bigger than a breathing exercise, reaching out to a crisis line, a clinician, or someone you trust is the stronger move — not the weaker one.
In the US and Canada: call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Elsewhere, your local emergency number or a national crisis line will be the fastest route to a person.
